Mendah and Aladah in the City of Vitamins

Introduction In this edition, we generally deal with the relationship among vitamins, salts and other foodstuffs in a simple way to be understood by all people of different ages, children before adults. The story was written in an ordinary slang language "in the Arabic copy" and in a correct scientific way in order to make the readers able to acquire much information concerning nutrition field without the need of studying medicine or reading complicated books that can not be understood. The story is shortened to some kinds of vitamins or nearly all of them, especially those causing anemia and their relation with other salts and foodstuffs. Also, we selected these foodstuffs for anemia as it is a common disease among school children and other adults. As for those who need to widen their knowledge about this field, they should read specialized books. In addition, I suggest that this story should be taught in the different educational stages so that our learners can acquire nutrition culture and knowledge.
